INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF LICENSED & COMMISSIONED CHAPLAINS
A global chaplaincy commission dedicated to the credentialing, commissioning, recognition, and advancement of chaplains serving their communities through spiritual care, crisis response, counseling, compassion, and humanitarian service.
The Commission exists to promote professional standards, ethical conduct, continuing education, and leadership development while supporting chaplains who serve in faith-based, community, healthcare, public safety, correctional, educational, and humanitarian settings throughout the world.

The International Association of Licensed & Commissioned Chaplains serves as a professional chaplaincy commission dedicated to the advancement, recognition, training, support, and deployment of chaplains who provide spiritual care, emotional support, crisis intervention, community service, and faith-based assistance throughout society.
As a Commission, we recognize chaplains as vital servants who minister to individuals, families, communities, organizations, institutions, first responders, public safety personnel, healthcare environments, educational settings, places of worship, and those experiencing crisis, trauma, grief, disaster, or personal hardship.
The International Association of Licensed & Commissioned Chaplains affirms that chaplaincy extends beyond the walls of traditional ministry.
Through education, credentialing, fellowship, mentorship, and professional development, the Commission seeks to strengthen chaplaincy service locally, nationally, and internationally while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct, respect, compassion, and service to humanity.

Operating under the authority of the International Association of Licensed & Commissioned Chaplains and endorsed by Archbishop Carl Robinson with Dallas Police Department partnerships, these chaplains bridge faith-based ministry with corporate responsibility, community affairs, and public safety initiatives to build resilient workforces, strengthen family stability, and promote restorative justice environments.

The Licensed and Commissioned Association at Harvest Christian University is a professional training and credentialing arm dedicated to preparing competent, ethically grounded providers for service in counseling, behavioral health, pastoral care, and human services. It offers structured pathways in trauma-informed practice, mental and behavioral health, and related service fields where current standards, terminology, and best practices are essential.
The Licensed and Commissioned Association (LCA) at Harvest Christian University stands as a professional training and credentialing body dedicated to equipping faith-centered professionals for impactful service in today’s complex human service and counseling environments.
The curriculum addresses both clinical awareness and ministry-based application, ensuring each participant is prepared to deliver compassionate, evidence-informed support across diverse populations and environments.
